Associate Dentist Opportunity – General Practice with Scope to Grow Implant Services
Our client is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their friendly and supportive team in North Dublin. The role is available Mondays and Tuesdays within a well-established general practice environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist with a specialist interest in implants who is looking to develop and grow implant services within the practice over time.
The Principal Dentist with 12 years’ experience previous experience since opening his practice, has built a positive reputation for patient care and a genuinely welcoming team culture.
About the Role
- Associate Dentist position within a busy general practice
- Self-employed basis with a 50% split
- Working days: Mondays and Tuesdays
- Opportunity to develop and expand implant treatments within the practice
- Supportive environment suitable for an experienced clinician or a dentist looking to further build their implant portfolio
About the Practice
You will be joining a close-knit team where everyone is treated equally and supported to succeed. The Principal describes the environment as “happy, friendly environment’ and everyone is on the same level.”
The team currently includes:
- An Associate Dentist
- Three full-time Dental Nurses who also support reception duties
- A dedicated part-time Receptionist focused solely on reception responsibilities

Practice Hours
- Monday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and personable Associate Dentist
- Strong general dentistry skills
- A dentist with a specialist interest in implants would be highly desirable
- Someone who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and contributing positively to a team environment
