Our wonderful client is a specialist referral practice dedicated exclusively to endodontic care. Established in 2000, the practice receives referrals from general dental practitioners and specialist colleagues throughout the region, providing patients with the highest standard of endodontic treatment in a welcoming and supportive environment.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Endodontist to join our established referral practice on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist environment, treating a varied and rewarding caseload using advanced endodontic techniques and technology.
You will work alongside an experienced clinical and support team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient-centred care.

- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
- Performing non-surgical root canal treatments and endodontic retreatments.
- Carrying out surgical endodontic procedures, including apicoectomies and root-end resections where appropriate.
- Conducting comprehensive clinical examinations and interpreting digital radiographs to diagnose complex endodontic conditions and orofacial pain.
- Providing treatment using high-powered dental operating microscopes and modern endodontic technologies.
- Managing traumatic dental injuries, including root fractures and tooth displacement.
- Administering local anaesthesia safely and effectively.
- Supporting anxious patients through clear communication and compassionate care.
- Explaining treatment options, risks and expected outcomes to patients.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records, digital imaging and treatment documentation.
- Preparing detailed reports and correspondence for referring dentists following consultations, treatment and review appointments.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A primary dental qualification (DDS or DMD).
- Completion of a recognised postgraduate Endodontic Residency or Specialist Endodontic training programme.
- Proven experience providing endodontic treatment using:
- Dental operating microscopes
- Digital imaging systems
- Rotary endodontic instrumentation
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, empathetic and patient-focused approach.
- A friendly, professional attitude with excellent chairside manner.
- A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Remuneration
- 45% revenue split.
- Percentage to be reviewed after 6–12 months.
