The role is part-time two days a week, however, if a dentists needs to be flexible we can have a look and try to take them on.

A brief overview of Practice
We are at present a 2 Surgery practice with 3000 active patients based in the seaside town. With 10 employees, our practice is growing as we plan to open up our third Surgery in another room. We are transitioning from a paper to a digital practice, and have implemented the use of Dental software for this. The practice was established in 1987 and have a large well-known customer base. A present word of mouth, marketing and re occurring patients is the only advertising we do as we are so busy. Still we are booked out for over a month. We are general practice, mainly that also does orthodontics on the side

We prefer informality in comparison to corporate jobs. We fully believe in a relaxed working environment and we always have a good laugh throughout the day. The employees here, have been working here for 10+ years so there is great chemistry between everyone.

Job Description: Pulled from our ad on indeed Dental associate position available at a very busy seaside general dentistry practice in north county Dublin. 2 days per week, with the flexibility of implementing more in the future. This private post would be ideal for an experienced dentist with a general dental interest. The practice is fully digital with an OPG and intra-oral scanner. With a number of dentists, nurses and dental hygienist, we are here to provide outstanding support to help you create a relaxed working environment. With our very competent, patient-centered team, our long-established practice has outstanding income potential. Desirable Traits: To be efficient, experienced general Dentist that is driven to help out.
Necessary Skills/Experience: English, fluency and tech, competent experience is much preferred, once the Dentist, able to stick to 30 minute appointments is a key factor.
Level of Education: Irish education is preferred, but rerecognise, qualifications, worldwide. However, previous experiences key for us.
