This is a nice role where you are more or less your own boss, in the sense, you have the full run of the surgery with no-one looking over your back, you are in charge.
The role is split into Reception and Dental Nursing. This is specialist practice with a group of other specialists however you will be working with one Dentist only and the reception area is located in the surgery. Restorative dentistry is what the role is limited to.
The current nurse in the role has been working with the Dentist full time since 2006, she is having her first baby so this is a maternity role available for minimum 6 months, 4 days a week from Tuesdays - Fridays.
Someone with a good sense of humour would work best with this Dentist and also a nurse who is clinically at their best. This will be a big change for the dentist and maybe big boots to fill however he knows this and he is prepared as he can be for the upcoming change.
