ESM Digital Solutions is a leading provider of Scanning, CAD/CAM Software, Milling and 3D printing solutions to the Dental and Orthodontic profession. Based in Swords, North County Dublin ESM serves customers in Ireland, United Kingdom and North America. We are currently seeking to recruit two application and training support technicians to assist our growing customer base and evolving product range.
This role will primarily involve delivering on-line training and application based support to our customers who may be dentists, dental practice staff or dental laboratory technicians. There will be the possibility of travel within Ireland and the UK to visit customers for onsite training so you will be required to travel and should possess a full clean driving licence. You will be part of a small, passionate, dynamic and flexible support team and as such you will also be required to deliver first level technical support. This exciting role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work with best in class technology including 3Shape dental scanners and software along with Formlabs 3D Printers.
You will have excellent written and spoken communication skills and be very comfortable using computers and common Microsoft Office applications. Experience with 3D software and CAD/CAM solutions will be advantage. You will ideally have experience in a similar resolution focused support role and possess a technical or dental technology qualification. You will be a team player and will be required to work closely with colleagues, suppliers and customers with a focus on quickly and effectively resolving support cases. You will be eager to learn and strive to become an expert in your field in order to deliver the highest level of support to our customers.
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Remuneration: Based on relevant experience
Commencement: Immediate
