It can be hard for a Dentist to find a decent role with a decent general practice because a lot of dental practices in Ireland tend not to go through turnover with their professional staff i.e Dentists.  This is why the following role should make you stand up and pay attention because roles like this are hard to come by:

We have a Dentist leaving her job after 6 years.  This is a general dental practice however she would do a lot of invasalign, so if you have a qualification in this or even an interest in this and plan to do a qualification even better, because the role will be even more financially rewarding.

The Dentist  currently working here would not be leaving only she is moving back to the West of Ireland.  She is very happy to speak to the Dentist/Dentists interested in the role to confirm the following:

When she first started there was no role, it is now a fully established book and extremely busy.  You will never be left twiddling your thumbs it is that busy.  It is the only practice in the town.  The Principal Dentist is probably the most easy going Dentist you will meet, he is just a nice guy, who runs a very decent surgery, and he does his best to keep his staff happy.  A testament to him, is that his support staff came with him 10 years ago when he first set up and they are still with him.  What you see is what you get with him, and you will recognise this within the first 5 minutes of your interview.

This role is available 3 days a week on a part-time basis and the approx salary generated for these 3 days would be in excess of €100,000 - decent for a 3 day week one might say.

We are looking ideally for a Dentist to have minimum two years experience.

There are some great Associate roles available in Ireland however if one wants to be given a chance to gain one of these position one needs to keep an open mind on location.  A lot of Dentists back are against the wall and they are forced to go into a Dental Company.  This is an opportunity, take it while it is there!

Thank you
