Irish Dental Jobs, are immensely proud of achieving the All-Star accreditation. The accreditation process truly stretched us and gave us the opportunity to reflect on our brand story, achievements, growth strategy and above all the value we create for those we employ and those we provide dental professionals to. It was a long 6 stage process from the initial application, to 2-3 interviews, Reference checks, calls to check our customer service and much more however we aced every stage, and really enjoyed hearing all the lovely things our clients and employees had to tell the All-Star Foundation. We are the only dental recruitment agency in Ireland and it is a great achievement to be recognized for this achievement to date. We are 10 years established this year 2019, and allowing us to be noticed as an accredited business is highly beneficial for our company. 2019 is going to be a huge year for Irish Dental Jobs, we have big things coming this year so watch this space! Myself and Irish Dental Jobs Marketing Manager Margaret had a wonderful day in Croke Park Stadium where the event took place. There was many great speakers and thought leaders in the Irish Business Industry in attendance at the event. We were awarded the accreditation medal and certificate as seen below by the Minister of Trade, Employment, Business, EU Digital Single Market and Data Protection – Pat Breen and also the Foundations chairperson and deputy chairperson Dr. Bryga Hynes from KBS UL and Kieran Ring from Global Institute of Logistics.
We were so honoured to be in the presence of such highly regarded individuals within Irelands Business Industry. Speakers and Attendees included Dragons Dens Gavin Duffy, the Minister of Trade and Business Pat Breen and several others such as Gerry Hussey, a well-known high performance psychologist and coach, he is also well known in sports such as GAA. Along with his sporting portfolio Gerry currently works with global leading corporate organisations and business teams in the areas of Leadership, High Performance Team development and human performance.
The opportunity to hear first-hand feedback from the panel, our employees and dental clients from the reference check round was invaluable. We were inundated with client and jobseekers testimonials, all of which were highly positive. I thank not only the Foundation but also my team and also my loyal clients for assisting Irish Dental Jobs through this process.
We look forward to continuing to meet and indeed exceed the standards set by the All-Ireland Business Foundation and collaborating with the TRIBE members in 2019. Hopefully this is the first of many awards that Irish Dental Jobs will be hanging in the office! Thank You All!
