We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as both a Social Media Manager & Assistant Office Manager. We are looking for an individual with a thirst for the marketing or/and media industry
The role will primarily be focused on updating & maintaining the company’s online presence.
The position includes:
• Updating & implementing the company’s social media strategy.
• Following up on potential leads.
• Creating interesting & relevant content for weekly blogs sent to clients.
• Detailed progress reports.
• Designing new mailshots to be sent to clients.
• Coming up with new ideas & ways to entice new clients.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for office organization & maintenance. This will include:
• Putting systems & processes in place to ensure the smooth running of the business.
• Supply management.
• General office organisation.
The ideal candidate will have :
• BA in Marketing or in Communications in Multi Media.
• Excellent writing skills
• Exceptionally organised, reliable and trustworthy
• This role is available on a part-time basis.
